Q. How long is a standard party?
- A standard party is 2 - 3 hours. Additional hours are available at the time of booking or the day of the event if there are no other scheduled bookings scheduled.
Q. Do you provide food or drinks?
- We don’t allow food or drinks inside the trailer because of the electronic equipment.
Q. Do you need anything special to operate the unit or just a place to park?
- We are self-sufficient! Our game theater is run with a generator so there is nothing to connect and also allows us to operate in remote locations. We do require a solid level area to park the game theater.
- If the location is on the street, we must comply with local laws and not block fire hydrants. Our Video Gaming theater is 32 feet long by 8.5 feet wide, so ample parking space is required.
- Of course, we do not want to aggravate your neighbors so letting them know about our arrival might be necessary.
Q. Is there a deposit fee to reserve? If so, how much?
- We require a $100.00 deposit at the time of booking to hold your event time. The event must be paid in full 14 days prior to your reserved day. If the party needs to be canceled, we will refund 100% of your deposit if it is prior to 14 calendar days before your event.
- If the cancellation happens less than 14 days prior to the scheduled party, your deposit will be forfeited. We will refund the rest to the account you used to make the deposit.
- Cancellations must be made by email using the official Great Lakes Rolling Video Games email account: [email protected]
- No other forms of communication for cancellations such as text or voice mail will be accepted.
Q. How do I reserve the theater?
- All appointments will be booked over the phone.
- We will gladly email an invoice which contains a 'PAY NOW" button. Our payment system is administered by Square so your payment information is safe.
- You can also request a call back so we can run your credit card for the deposit or full payment. We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
- You will receive a receipt email immediately.
- We do not accept checks due to the nature of time sensitive reservations.
Q. How old do you need to be to reserve a party?
- You must be 18 years or older to reserve a party. If we arrive for a scheduled party and a responsible adult over 18 is not present, we do reserve the right to end the event and retain all fees paid.
Q. Can I just drop off my kids and leave?
- As much as we love children, you must always have an adult (18 years or above) present.
- Children under 5 years old will be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Vendors rights upon arrival?
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- If at any time we feel that our employees are in any danger or being mistreated, or that our equipment is being mishandled; we will shut down the event and all funds paid will be forfeited.
